Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Coursey Commerce Platform (CCP), operated by Coursey Creative ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using CCP, you agree to these terms.

2. Invite-only access

CCP is an invite-only platform. You may use CCP only for your business operations and only through authorized accounts and approved business contexts.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for your account credentials, business team access, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CCP, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, violate law, or process unlawful content or transactions.

5. Third-party services

CCP relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Framer. Your use of those services through CCP may also be subject to their terms and policies.

6. Fees and billing

Paid features and subscriptions, where applicable, are billed through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and for any applicable taxes and fees.

7. Intellectual property

CCP and its software, branding, and platform materials are owned by Coursey Creative. Except as needed to use CCP, no license or ownership rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimer and liability

CCP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect platform security and operations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
